What is a tribute band?

A tribute band (or sometimes cover band) is a band specialized in playing popular artists’ repertoire. These bands may even replicate the sound and the look of their preferred artists. Tribute bands are very popular in Ireland. They are great fun for concerts, weddings or parties, small and large venues.
